proprietary to Southern Israel Bridging Fund Two, LP (“SIBF2”). You agree not to
share the Content of any part of it with any third party, except for your employees
and consultants who need to know the information and are bound by
confidentiality agreements.
2. While SIBF2 and the general partner (collectively referred to as the “Fund”) make
efforts to ensure the accuracy and currency of the Content, the Fund does not
guarantee that the Content is free from errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. The
Content does not constitute any commitment or obligation of the Fund towards
you, nor does it confer any rights upon you. The Content is provided with no
warranties and relying on the Content shall be at your own risk.
If the Content includes predictions, including but is not limited to, information
regarding future SIBF2 portfolio valuation, return on investment, and future cash-
out scenarios, such information constitutes forward-looking information, which
represents only SIBF2’s beliefs, assumptions, and predictions about future

ServC platforms, which you confirm that you have read and understood, and
which apply to the relations between you and the Fund (with the applicable
changes).
