1. The content of the investor portal (the “Content”) is CONFIDENTIAL and
proprietary to Southern Israel Bridging Fund Two, LP (“SIBF2”). You agree not to
share the Content of any part of it with any third party, except for your employees
and consultants who need to know the information and are bound by
confidentiality agreements.
2. While SIBF2 and the general partner (collectively referred to as the “Fund”) make
efforts to ensure the accuracy and currency of the Content, the Fund does not

you, nor does it confer any rights upon you. The Content is provided with no
